You can compete in competitions, customize your cars, or race in split screen and multiplayer over Xbox live. If you are a serious racing fan or just a car fan in general, this is the game for you. Lots of content, a community marketplace where you can auction or buy cars sold by other players. There are plenty of cars and you'll need to get familiar with at least 1 or 2 in each class as each race has a few restrictions, sometimes being the class of the car. Long races that mimic real life championships. It is a long game when you play the campaign.

This is an excellent racing simulator that is Xbox 360's answer to Gran Turismo. This has to be one of the best racing games i have every played. The auction, the user generated designs, the multiplayer modes, and then the desire to earn experience and credits to buy new motors and new upgrades will keep this title funky fresh and roaring to go. As the name suggests, it's a classic so will never go out of date. The game is super cheap, quite enjoyable to play and gives you a good perspective of Forza gameplay. If you're not sure about spending the money on the lates Forza instalments, this is a good option to consider.
Forza 3 is a very realistic game that in my opinion was better than the edition of Gran Turismo that was released at a similar time, the handling of the cars was very realistic and for only $18 the game is a great deal, however there is a newer version available now for people wanting the best racing game available that most likely will be the better choice, however for a cheap good racing game look no further.

The Forza series is essentially the Xbox 360's answer to Gran Turismo which is exclusive to the ps3. Games are always great when they come with all the DLC included, it's great knowing that you can have pretty much everything for such a small cost, Forza 3 is one of the best racing games out there, especially for the Xbox 360, the compilation of features such as the vinyl editor and auction house will convince you to explore the game and become fully immersed in it.
